Position Overview
Our Sales Manager in Dublin will lead Manda’s global sales strategy, focusing on high-value client relationships, revenue growth, and coordinating sales support with the UK team. By leading the sales function at the head office level, you will ensure Manda’s industry compliance, competitiveness, and expansion in EMEA and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global sales strategies, leveraging Ireland head office for contract approvals, final pricing, and risk assessment.
• Coordinate closely with the UK-based support teams, providing guidance on quoting procedures and ensuring final contract sign-offs occur at head office.
• Identify new business opportunities in EMEA, North America, and APAC, negotiating high-value contracts in alignment with Manda’s tax and compliance protocols.
• Maintain close collaboration with the head office finance and procurement teams.
• Provide regular reporting to the Management Board in Ireland, highlighting market trends, competitor insights, and recommended actions.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
• Demonstrated track record of B2B sales in IT/tech hardware, with knowledge of international sales flows.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience in cross-border communication and compliance.
• Ability to build rapport with C-level stakeholders and drive results while maintaining robust governance.
