Position Overview
As a Sales Support Specialist in our UK operations office (Milton Keynes, England), you will handle routine sales activities to assist the Ireland-based Sales Manager. Your tasks revolve around coordinating with clients, collating quotes, and ensuring smooth order processing under head office guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Collate quotes, follow up on client inquiries, and support the Dublin head office’s sales strategies, and handing over final contract sign-offs to the central team.
• Maintain CRM data, track orders, and escalate pricing or term adjustments to the Sales Manager for final approvals.
• Coordinate with UK warehouse staff on product availability and shipping schedules, ensuring alignment with head office instructions.
• Provide periodic sales metrics to both the local operations lead and the Ireland management team.
Qualifications
• Prior sales support or customer service experience, preferably in tech/electronics.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; strong organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a cross-border environment where you are remotely managed in a matrix reporting structure.
• Attention to detail in order processing, shipping documentation, and client communication.
