Position Overview
As a Sales Support Specialist in our UK operations office (Milton Keynes, England), you will handle routine sales activities to assist the Sales Manager. Your tasks revolve around coordinating with clients, collating quotes, and ensuring smooth order processing under head office guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Collate quotes, follow up on client inquiries, and support the head office’s sales strategies, and handing over final contract sign-offs to the central team.
• Maintain CRM data, track orders, and escalate pricing or term adjustments to the Sales Manager for final approvals.
• Coordinate with UK warehouse staff on product availability and shipping schedules, ensuring alignment with head office instructions.
• Provide periodic sales metrics to both the local operations lead and the management team.
Qualifications
• Prior sales support or customer service experience, preferably in tech/electronics.
• Proficiency in CRM systems; strong organization and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a cross-border environment where you are remotely managed in a matrix reporting structure.
• Attention to detail in order processing, shipping documentation, and client communication.
